1. Refunds/Returns
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not issue refunds. Refunds can only be initiated in case if there is any damage incurred during shipping. Only after a valid reason for return, a refund process would be initiated. Mooraya reserves the right to reject the returns in the event of invalid reasoning given for initiating the same.
Minimum of 3 working days and maximum of 7 working days is the timeline to issue refund.
2. Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. However, in case of an emergency, should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team to discuss the same.
